Demand Generation Manager
Location: Remote – US based with travel up to 15% of the time

Powerlytics, is a cutting-edge, venture backed data and predictive analytics provider that has developed and commercialized a set of proprietary data assets underpinned by the anonymized tax returns of all US households (150M) and for-profit businesses (30M+). Powerlytics’ clients include top 5 and regional banks, credit union platforms, alternative lenders, credit bureaus, asset managers and insurance companies, as well as marketing firms and global consulting firms.
As we continue our push for growth, Powerlytics is looking for a passionate Product and Growth Marketing Manager (internally known as Head of Demand Generation) to join our growing team and build a thriving inbound and outbound pipeline from the ground up. This is a fast-moving, full-stack marketing position responsible for establishing demand generation strategy and repeatable go-to-market motions to reach financial services firms that have a potential need for Powerlytics’ solutions.
The Demand Generation Manager will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Objectives and Responsibilities of the Demand Generation Manager
- Develop, implement and execute customer acquisition strategies and multi-channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, content marketing, influencer marketing, and co-marketing partnerships
- Build targeted marketing campaigns to attract and nurture qualified leads, including creating buyer personas, segmenting audiences, and crafting personalized journeys.
- Partner with our external Marketing team to create and optimize paid advertising and account-based marketing strategies
- Develop positioning and messaging frameworks for Powerlytics that will differentiate our offerings, inform brand development efforts and drive our performance marketing creativity
- Design a content marketing strategy, driving thought leadership around how Powerlytics drives actionable intelligence to facilitate lead capture and generate top-of-the funnel interest.
- Leverage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to build and optimize lead nurturing workflows and ensure effective use of CRM systems.
- Create repeatable sales collateral that differentiates our position in the market and create urgency for buyers – such as decks, one-pagers, case studies, outreach sequences and product videos – and enable our small and nimble sales team to leverage it effectively.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns. Monitor key KPIs (conversion rates, cost per lead, lead-to-customer ratio) and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to set goals around marketing-driven leads and pipeline, closely monitor customer acquisition costs and implement best practices around lead routing/scoring and data hygiene
- Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for demand generation and growth.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree. An understanding of financial and economic data is a plus.
- 10+ years marketing generalist experience – we’re looking for a “Swiss-Army knife” marketer who can switch gears between growth hacking/demand generation, content marketing and product marketing as needed.
- Demand generation responsibility at early-stage SaaS start-ups
- Previous experience selling to financial advisors or institutions is preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot) and familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media advertising platforms, and CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Stellar data analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance tracking.

Compensation: Position offers a very competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary, bonus, equity, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
